The Bell 214B is capable of lifting an underslung payload of nearly 6000 lbs to elevations approaching 8000 feet.
Transwest Helicopters has erected transmission lines of every structure type including steel lattice, wooden and steel H-Frames, as well as steel and wood poles. Transwest has installed ski lift towers made by such major manufacturers as Poma and Dopplemayr throughout western Canada.
